Perry's Wine & Liquors Since 1934 Perry's Wine & Liquors Exterior Shot with Scooter

Not that we couldn’t find enough great wine out there, but we’ve decided to make a few of our own. Under our Perry’s Helltown Artist series label, we’ll produce a new wine each vintage paired with a featured Provincetown artist to create the label. Our premier wine is a 2008 pinot noir from California’s Santa Lucia Highlands with the label by John Dowd.  Release: Holiday Season 2009.

The Helltown Story:  (Provincetown of 1600's)
Back when there was only a Front Street, you could follow the West End’s narrow lanes through the pine covered dunes around Shank Painter Pond and up to Race Run where you’d find the rowdy fishing camp of Helltown. Populated by smugglers, rumrunners, brigands and outlaws, fishermen and loose women, the cluster of shacks, huddled where the Atlantic meets the bay, was famous for its lawlessness and “unlicensed appetites.”

Perry’s Helltown Pinot Noir with its luscious, expansive mouthfeel is as seductive as the legend of Helltown: ripe black fruit flavors with a hint of Asian spices – decadently rich and elegant.
